Data we collect

When you contact us we may process your name, email address, phone number if provided, preferred session date, consultation interest, and the contents of your message. During an engagement we may process career history, leave dates, and documents you share (such as a Lebenslauf) solely to deliver consulting.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to enquiries and delivering contracted consulting (contract / pre-contractual steps)
  • Operating the website and essential cookies (legitimate interest / consent where required)
  • Optional analytics cookies only if you accept them (consent) — see our Cookies page

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer retention is required for an ongoing engagement or legal obligation. Client files from completed consultations are retained for up to three years for continuity and accounting, then deleted or anonymised where feasible.

Processors and transfers

We may use email and hosting providers established in the EU/EEA. If a transfer outside the EEA becomes necessary, we will rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in Germany.

Children

Our services are directed at adults planning employment. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this website.
